We thank you for sharing your positive experience. It made our day.
Performed system maintenance. Found rust inside emergency pan, looks to be from a previous drain line. Issue, no water present in pan during the time of the visit. Cleared drain, clean and treated drain as part of the maintenance. Equipment is making appropriate split and operating to manufacturer specs at this time.
Task includes -Clearing and treating of condensation line - Air Plenum is falling apart and needs to be reattached to air handler Returned and resealed air plenum using adhesive glue silver liner tape and mastic sealant Learned and chemically treated drain line. System now performing as designed. Sent invoice payment link to property manager could not reach at this time
Found drain line completely plugged and tripping condensation float switch. Made client aware of issues and that the air duct plenum attached to air handler is coming / blowing apart and allowing excessive air to enter air handler closet. Client stated he has to have approval before any work is performed. Also client maybe interested in multiple house service plans
